help with some grammar rules.... I can't understand... =(

I have problem to translate the words especially marked in green in some exsercise:
who can help me to understand their use? (I'm sorry it's really urgent) =(

is the music under contruction that cross over that

(totally don't know how to translate this
１人で歌どりしております・・・ what is it "どりして" ?


example3:
why here there is "との" or "と" and "の" together?

孤独との戦い
I translate this as "the battle of loniless" or "Battle's loniless"?


example4:

今度は家庭はいって練習しないと！

"しないと" is a negative present plan of suru, but what's the "と" at the end?

example5:
What are these "point" in the middle of the words? How to translate this in english?
