I went to an art exhibition the other week in Sydney. The works were absolutely superb. I ended up going a second time just to take photos to show you all. The artists name is Toshimichi Okumura, he has done lots of other restoration sort of works but I didn't really have the time to take pictures of those (even though they were also awe inspiring), I loved his wood art too much to worry about anything else.

I love when an artist takes a restriction (wood grain) and makes art of it through endless invention.
