JLPT2 Kanji - contrasted with Heisig list anyone??

#1
I did a search but couldn't find anything on this. I am thinking of making a list of the 1003 jlpt2 kanji and next to the kanji the Heisig number....but before I start, I was hoping to see if anyone did this already!?
Thanks in advance

Here's what I've got. Not sure how reliable it is.

Do a search on "RTK Lite" which is a reduced list based on JLPT 2, 3 and 4 kanji in addition to supporting kanji used as primitives. There's even a plug-in to use that list with RevTK.

Yes, I have, I bought the official test specification book (日本語能力試験出題基準 pub. 凡人社) and went through the characters one by one.

Total characters for each level are:
L4: 103
L3: 284
L2: 1,023
L1: 2,040

Here is a complete list as part of a Google Spreadsheet. If you download the document and open it in Excel or similar, then it's easy to rearrange the data to your own needs.

Many of the JLPT lists I've seen floating around on the Internet have just been taken from school grade levels. A few years ago, someone made a JLPT1 list which added a dated list of 285 jinmei kanji to the 1,945 Joyo kanji, and it seems to have caught on. If you're taking JLPT1, time spent studying those jinmei kanji would be better used elsewhere.

@iSoron. Incidentally, comparing the list you linked to with the test specification book...
L4: same
L3: one difference (暑)
L2: dozens of differences
L1: hundreds of differences

(Footnote: In case it's useful, Here is a page of links to other spreadsheets I made.)

I did a search as suggested about this RTK Lite, but im not getting exactly what this is, do i have to manually skip the kanji unecessary or is this a setting? I was doing a search for this plugin as well but nothing understandable is coming up.
