Are you able to watch a バネッサ video straight up?

#1
Youtube video of half-japanese half-spanish girl named バネッサ being interviewed.
I have been unable to watch the whole thing without going into rage.

Cute, (maybe) dumb, and full of odd mannerisms.

I don't see where you were particularly angered. Or why.

she is insanely cute!

I find it quite endearing, though I can see how it could be annoying..

I guess I'm alone in having fits of rage whenever a girl tries really really hard to act like child in order to seem cute? as if being a dumb child is something to aim for.

I've watched 2girls1cup... 1guy1cup... Why cant I watch this? Oh god, what if THIS is my Everest?

Why is it that another person's actions can anger you so easily? Especially when there is no real harm. Would you prefer [omitted]

You may see it as dumb, but she sees it as a meal ticket Wink. Were you offered stacks of cash and the ability to choose your mate(s) you would probably do the same thing. If not, why?

There are plenty of absurd facets of cultures around the world. Why is it this one makes your blood boil in particular?

So you take issue with all of Japan? Wink
I find it absurd and too transparently fake as well, but aren't we kindof used to it by now?

Oh... sorry about that. I'm trying to understand this anger you have toward this person. You've gone so far as to compare it to Twogirlsone cup.

If anything, pity would be the thing to prescribe.

I should have added an "lol" after my question.

Anyway, on a positive note I found reading her blog was ridiculously easy because she rarely uses kanji...

I need to become really really good at japanese so I can go to japan, get all the things I need to murder her hamster. I become obsessed with things easily.

Wow! I have never seen her on TV before but she is probably insanely popular in the gravia idol crowds. She is playing right into the "I love cute, confidence-less, otaku, moe girls" market, which is very big. She probably does pretty well for herself. I'd say look at it this way either she is actually like that in which case, IMHO, I'm glad I'm not her. OR she actually isn't like that in which case we all were fooled and she may be smarter than she appears to be. Remember almost NOTHING on TV is done by mistake.

Taking her fake personality seriously is as stupid as believing professional wrestling and reality shows are real.

That said, if her acting skills improve and her character is refined, I think she'll be popular among those who like 小倉優子 and will annoy as many females as she does.

I don't think she does it on purpose. I thinks he led an extremely sheltered life and never grew up. Pity her, rather than rage at her.

Those were really nice boobs on that babe behind Vanessa.
I think there's some kind of subliminal message in there.... :-)

People don't naturally fall into male fantasy categories due to leading a sheltered life. Come on, the stupid hand-under-the-chin thing she never, ever stops doing? That's not actually a mannerism humans possess. It's just moe crap.

c'mon guys. That is TV after all.

Hardly anything on TV is ever real.
Everything is scripted.
All of the "reality" shows are scripted.
MTV Real World is scripted.

Even the laughs in the background are scripted.
All of the people there are models and actresses.

Did you notice all of big words she'd randomly blurt out?
Do you really think she was saying that off the top of her head?
Hell no. She was just following the script (which may include
some ad lib).

Notice how they never show the audience. Maybe that's because
there is NO audience. Or at least, maybe they're not laughing because
it's funny, but rather, they laugh because the "LAUGH" sign is turned on.

This is why I don't watch TV - American, Japanese or otherwise. I get enough rage and stupidity from the Internet on a daily basis as it is!

Now, a true rage challenge: can you sit through an Applemilk1988 video? CAN YOU?!
