Could you share some links for places where you can order the DS Lite and the games ?Sure no problem, I did a check for something near Belgium and it seems you can get the DS Lite from amazon.co.ukfor 95GBP(142Euro). amazon.fr has it for 150Euro. There may be some game shops where you could buy it locally but that the best I could come up with in your region. Also in the states the DS is 129USD(102Euro) so if you have friends or family there it may be cheaper to go that route. But, keep in mind that the US pack will include a charger designed for 110V. I got mine here in Japan just by walking into a Toys R' Us right after they did their restock.
As for the actual software, my best recommendation for that would be Lik-sang.com. I ordered from them in the past and they were quite reliable. Currently they only carry the dictionary I mentioned but they may be able to get the others for you if you asked. Here is the link for the dictionary:
Kanji Sonomama Rakubiki Jiten(Used at least 10 times a day. Alone it is worth the price of the DS)
Another option, that may be a bit trickier, is to try to order from Amazon.co.jp. That is how I get most everything that I don't just pick up in a shop, but since I live in Japan, I don't know what obsticals you may face ordering from them. Here are the links for all the software I mentioned:
Zaidanhoujin Nippon Kanji Nouryoku Kentei Kounin: KanKen DS (a soft for prep for Kanji Test)
Kanji No Wataridori (a "game" to practice kanji in general that I have never played but seen therefore don't know if I would recommend it)
Kanji Sonomama Rakubiki Jiten
