I'm running FF3.5 on Windows and OSX, no issues.
One person did have issues, but that was caused by having the greasemonkey scripts in the wrong order. If you search the forum you should find it.

Has anyone tried this with RTK yet? I really would like to upgrade FF, but I don't want to lose my custom keywords.
