kanji pics for windows sidebar

#1
hello. i am using windows sidebar in vista to show a picture slideshow of kanji images i have. its great i finally found a site with good kanji in gif format, but one problem

i am looking for a place that has EACH kanji in a separate image file format WITH english meaning(s) underneath in smaller font (in the same image). right now its just the single kanji and i rather have it display the english meaning too, and the pronunciation would be great too. can anyone point me in the right direction to find images like this? thx

Personally I think this kind of exposure is pointless, but the easiest way to get what you want is this:

1) get a copy of the RTK flashcards pdf (http://www.polarcloud.com/kanji)
2) batch convert it to png
3) make an adobe photoshop macro to chop the pngs up into the individual cards
4) batch run the macro across the set of pngs from step 2
5) make another macro to insert the opposite side of the cards (/w reading and meaning)
6) batch run this macro against what you got in step 4

thx for the quick reply...
Mainly I think it looks cool.

The method you described seems like a lot of work. I guess since I'm not familiar with photoshop and I don't own it. Just wondering if anyone knows a website with kanji images in this format.
