Found it when searching "Japanese dub." I've actually been searching all over for Japanese dubs of Dexter's Laboratory... so if anyone has any suggestions...

You can actually save youtube vids as mp4 files if you type this into the address bar while viewing the video:

Just get DownloadHelper for Firefox, it works like a charm.

Since 4.6, they added Smart Naming which helps with naming the downloaded files.
