Does anyone have a deck (or spreadsheet or whatever) with a large list of Katakana words? I'm looking for something with maybe a couple hundred if possible.

This spreadsheet has about 500 katakana words along with example sentences. It is aimed at Japanese natives who are learning English.

I remember seeing a website once that had katakana words based on frequency of use. The guy had made a flash card program out of it. You might do a search and see what you come up with..

That manythings.org list looks awesome, but it doesn't look like there's anyway to download the raw data (katakana->translation) for his list.
Katsuo, thanks for that spreadsheet, I'm going to try converting it to an Anki deck soon!
