I have Japanese enabled on my computer and can view most japanese sites, however once in a while a get a site that renders everything as a jumbled mess. For instance, http://imgur.com/1kBSG.jpg here is a screen shot of what I see sometimes. Anyone have any idea why this is or how to fix it？

You can normally fix this by trying a different "character encoding".
I just pick a few until it works, usually Shift_JIS, EUC-JP, UTF-8.

Mozilla - View/Character Encoding
Internet Explorer - View/Encoding
