Anyways, I haven't been trollish on the internet in a while. Feels good. I just couldn't believe how incredibly ridiculous the things you were saying were. Maybe you believe those things, I guess. But as I said, if all of that somehow happens to be true (and you are indeed the most unique person in the world), you're in for the biggest disappointment ever. Sex is awesome, but not 10% of what you're making it out to be.

You could say that Starcraft and the guitar are more complex skill sets than sex, and they are, but sex is still complex enough that there's no way you're going to be amazing--or even good--on your first try.

Anyway, looking at the first time as hugely important looks to me like disguised puritanism.

Actually, I always preferred gosugamers.net in the good old days. It seems to be down right now for whatever reason. Teamliquid was up there on the good websites though. For the record, I still sucked for many many games despite reading those websites through and through for advice.

I had a girlfriend that was obsessed with dropping everything and clinging on to me. At the beginning it was cute and ok but after a while it really started to f*ckin suck. It was like a leech clinging onto you at all times bringing you down. As an added bonus I, who still cared for her, got to see her further education go down the drain, her mental health go down the drain, and a lot of her goals in life go down the drain.

She literally wanted to become one with me. That's not how relationships are supposed to last, that true love (giving up everything including your abstract possessions) drives people to the point of madness. Relationships are two people that are two people. Notice I said people, not two organisms that need each other to survive. You should still retain your individuality.

I know how you feel. My current girlfriend (Korean) has a tendency to prioritize me over EVERYTHING else. School, work, friends, family. Not that it doesn't have good sides and is flattering, but it's dangerous and indeed not how relationships should work.

Yeah it was flattering and was fun until I went back to university and that's when I found out that she had placed everything on me and that she literally depended on me. I guess that's something I learned from that failure, set up boundaries first or they'll come back to haunt you through the means of daily 6 hour phone calls.

I always liked

It is good for girl to meet boy in park, but better for boy to park meat in girl.

I think my current wife prioritizes well (yes, current. Like Bohdisamaya, I've been married three times) . She balances work, friends and hobbies in a way I could not do. How she fit me in all that is anyone's guess. From the list on a previous page, I guess she counts as a cosmopolitan type.
