strokes for cornucopia primitive

#1
Hi! If anyone bothered to look up the stroke order for the following 2 kanji on WWWJDIC you would find very interesting mismatch. I'm talking about 収 and 糾. Though Heisig puts them under primitive for cornucopia, in WWWJDIC they are in fact drawn differently. The first one has 4 strokes, 2 for cornucopia and 2 for crotch. The second has 9 strokes. 6 for thread and 3 for cornucopia. The order of strokes is also different. In the first kanji, vertical line comes first and the angle as one stroke. In the second kanji, the angle is drawn first in 2 strokes, and then the vertical line. Similary for the frame 1511 卑. So, which one is more correct? Are these really the same primitives? Funny thing is, that for 収
the skip code is 1-3-2 and the strokes count is reported as 4 5 Smile
