Hey all.

I feel like I can make out the majority of the kanji in this sign (my uncle took the picture, and since i'm the "resident japanese learner," he figured I'd be able to tell him what it says).
I can't really read the font but I think it says something like this: 雰式舶戦 or 零式舶戦, but I'm not 100% sure on any of them.Especially the 3rd one, I can't make it out.

Anyway, here it is:

I think it's 零式艦戦

EDIT: It could be an abbreviation of 零式艦上戦闘機 which the Japanese name for the zero fighter.
