Ok - I'm not JB, but I'm willing to do it to get the deck to go I suppose (I know nothing about it TBH).
Do you have an idea of the size it's crashing at? I just added my grammar deck which is 22.4, with no problems.
My 39MB deck is largely suspended cards - 7825 cards with 4669 suspended. It's a vocabulary deck from the core 6k sorted list that I unsuspend words from as I come across them, or create cards in if they are not already there. I could possibly export a chunk of the suspended core cards, knock it down to size temporarily, and bring them back later. But then I'm not sure what I'll be trying to unsuspend.....
Maybe the JB solution is the way to go.

Splitting the deck into two would be another solution. Hopefully you won't have to wait much over a week if you decide to go that route.

And I'll drop #300 to say -
Great App ! おめでとう resolve!
Just walked the dog, watered the garden, and busted out some reps - I think this will really help me to mobile study, and spread things out through the day - ultimately leading to faster learning!

Congratulations Resolve!
I wish you the best luck with this project, you deserve it.
BTW, I think that having some video tutorials (like those you made for the desktop client) and more publicity would help you spread the word about Anki Iphone. The same goes for sharing the news on social networks and blogs.

Great job getting this released, Damien! I just bought it from the store! Worth the $25 100%.
So I was playing around with it and I have to say I love how it's looking so far. Real clean interface, the kanji looks nice, the buttons are really easy to hit, etc.
Just wondering if there was currently a way to edit how the reviews work yet, or if that is coming up in a later review? For example: time boxing, reviewing failed cards before new cards, etc. Those are set up on my computer deck but don't seem to sync.
But, not a big deal at all! Just a creature comfort, really. I can certainly wait for them to be implemented if they aren't already.
*EDIT*
Potentially scrap this... I just checked my client on the computer and it seems as though I might have changed a setting I thought was enabled, which would cause it to function slightly differently than I thought. Maybe the settings do sync.

Your study options should function the same on the iStuff - it just lacks the ability to customize them at the moment. Timeboxing is not implemented yet, but will probably come in the future.

Perhaps this has already been asked but is there a way to use this app with an itouch with no access to a wireless network (ie. copy files over manually from the HHD)?

Apple provide no way to do that officially. If your touch is jailbroken, you can manually copy the files back and forth.

Ah ok, I'll buy it anyway in the event I eventually get around to getting wireless for the home. Not too keen on jailbreaking.

If your laptop has inbuilt wireless, I believe it's possible to get it linked to your touch via ad-hoc. I have never tried to do it myself though, so it may be a bit involved.

Great job, I like it a lot so far. However "Hide Statusbar" seems to acting a little weird. I had some problems with my old jailbreak, so I restored, but it still acts funky. It sometimes hides it, sometimes doesn't, and sometimes switches while reviewing.
Not a big deal, but I'm looking forward to future updates!

There's a bug with toggling it in landscape mode, so it will only toggle when you're in portrait at the moment.

Phew- finally got my copy after sorting out those credit card issues. I also had to upgrade my iPod as I was still on version 2.2 (because I didn't need any of the features in 3 until now).
Once I get that installed I'll give AnkiSRS a whirl. Lots of reviews already as well!

So just quickly reading through this thread it seems like there is currently an issue with syncing large decks? Mine is 67 MB because I use it as a sort of media-database; I keep all of my subs2srs cards (and all my other cards) in one deck, so I can search through it and activate any media-cards containing a new word I'm learning. Will a deck this large sync with the app currently? If not I'll probably wait until an update rolls round before I buy it.
