Hungarian keywords?

#1
Hi,
I'm just wondering if there's a hungarian list of keywords, for the RTK? A hungarian counterpart or something like that, or maybe some other fellow hungarians who on their quest to fluency would care to share their hungarian keywords (if there's any). The problem is, that I've got the stories, but it would be nice to have a keyword counterpart in my native language. See what I'm doing now is getting a mix of the german and the english keywords, in hungarian, but it takes daamn too long...I wouldn't say it doesn't worth it, because the hungairan keywords nail the multiple meanings of the english and german ones down, into one (more or less). I'm using german as well, because the german author did his own keywords somewhat independently from Heisig (or so I hear), hence it reinforces (or disagrees) the Heisig one, thus giving a more accurate keyword in the end. Translating the german ones wouldn't work, because the stories are aimed at the english keywords. And just using the meaning of the keyword in the stories (and translating that into hungarian) isn't enough, since when I did the stories, I only focused on the egnlish keywords...well it's complicated. I know in the long run it won't matter at all, what keyword I'm using, but I just want to get the job done right. I've aleready tried google translator but it's crappy. I've aleready searched everyywhere on the net, but no results. But in the end, I think I'll leave it as it is, and jut learn those damn kanji Smile

I think you're wasting your time. No matter how many different lists of keywords you try to combine, you will be lightyears from the correct meaning anyway. The only way to properly learn what the kanji mean is by learning Japanese words.

The keyword just connects you to some image that has a relation to the kanji, and that is all.

It does't really matter as long as it is fairly close, since you'll revise the connotations that the kanji has in your mind as you expose yourself to the Japanese language.

I say, "Just choose some Hungarian keywords and roll with them."
