Can someone help me please?
I have firefox. And restarted my machine last nite. This morning the BBC web site is all giant text. Like when you set big font in IE. IE displays it fine. Then I come onto this web site. The study page looks fine. But this page is unusable. This message box I am typing in is 3 words wide. All the layout is long and not wide so its a mess. Nothing lines up right. I have tried under view , character encoding. Which I have changed many times before and its only effected the font, so how is it this?
please, any ideas.
I do that have that add on that styles pages, I have just disabled this with no luck.

I don't know what the cause could be, but perhaps go to the page with the giant text, hold control, and hit 0 (the number). Does that do anything for you?

Nothing. I am not sure its a font size issue. Its more a format one. This site the fonts ok size. But whereas I would normally see your ID and picture on the left hand side its above the text you have written. But all your text is a single thin line. Its like at some points it thinks the page is 20 chars wide and others its just as normal. My page is schizophrenic.

Try pressing <Ctrl + minus> a few times. If it works it is firefox font size config.

Are styles turned off? (View->Page Style)

No its on basic page layout which is the only other option. No style just turns off the background colour.

Its very weird.

firefox updated this am and suddenly its fixed. THanks for the ideas.
