Victory Calendar

#1
I am using a "Victory Calendar" (a calendar on which I record using checkmarks what activities I've done in Japanese for the day) as suggested in a post on AJATT, but I wanted to put the calendar's headings in Japanese. I wasn't sure about some of the words, and didn't want to make mistakes on something I would look at so often. Here are the headings, and the translations I am considering:

Victory Calendar - 勝利カレンダー
Date - 日付
Input Activity - インプット活動
Remaining Number of Days / Countdown - 残り日数
Notes - 注釈

Review - 復習
Reading - 読書
Media - メディア
Adding - 追加 [this is adding of cards into anki]
Other / Miscellaneous - ほか

break - 休日

I'm especially unsure of 読書 and ほか, but do those look right? If not, any suggestions for better translations would be much appreciated.

Edit: I have "break" on the chart some times for days off of a certain thing.

Other/misc: そのほか?

読書 seems fine to me.

This.

Although wouldn't "other" be better put as その他? I see that way more often than I do in just straight kana.

Thank you. Do the rest of the words I have there look correct?

Would 勝利のカレンダー be better than 勝利カレンダー?

I'm going to make one for school, because schoolwork is always in big piles and I feel no sense of achievement that way.

But if I added milestones, I would be much more motivated to complete my school work I think.

But I don't think that I will use it for writing a daily log, but rather than that I will add different tasks and divide them by 10 and colour the boxes after completing each milestone.

And then I will add the total time that was needed for completing the task/homework.
