Well, according to the Kanji Kentei Organization's website, level 1 tests (roughly) all JIS 第一水準 and 第二水準 characters. There's a list of all of these at this website here.

I'm on Mac, so idk what it's called on windows, but try
Japanese (Shift_JIS)
Worked for me at least.

Otherwise, you can go here:
http://pyrosphere.net/japanese/
And select "all" kanji. I don't think it's divided by 漢検, though...
But it's a super useful resource nonetheless.

side note: According to this site, the kanji with the most strokes is either 鸞 or 驫, each totaling up to 30.

The Google spreadsheet here has the JIS X 0208 list, a total of 6,355 kanji.

It includes a selection of data from KANJIDIC, such as RTK1 numbers.

EDIT: I added all KanKen levels to the document.

You left out the 第一水準 part, which is here,
http://www.page.sannet.ne.jp/mtoga/etc/cpu/bih-g_ck.htm

and I also had to set my browser encoding to Shift-JIS to view the page.

As was said before, if you're running Firefox, just go to View --> Character Encoding --> Japanese (Shift_JIS)

You'll be able to see it then.

Seemed like a waste of time when there was a link to 第一水準 right at the top of that page...

More of a waste of time than posting again to tell me it would have been a waste of time...?

Touche!

But yes, it would be more of a waste of time to add a second link. The only reason being that I got greater satisfaction from telling you it was a waste of my time than actually wasting my time. Wink
