Heisig's Thoughts?

#1
I know this has to have been mentioned here before, but I can't find any traces of it. Is James Heisig aware of this website? If so, has he commented on it? Has he contacted Fabrice?

Just curious... If I wrote a book and saw so many people put so much effort into using the method I'd presented, I'd be pretty happy.

He knows about it, Fabrice has his consent in using his keywords etc.

This is a reply to an email I sent to him last year:

Dear Mr Bodhisamaya,

thanks for your note. I am glad my books have helped you. I do not really keep up with the internet pages on these kanji-learning materials, since my own work is in a quite different field.

All the best in your study.

His primary interest seems to be in comparative religious studies though. He teaches at Nanzen University, Nagoga, Japan, where he is a member of the Nanzen Institute of Religion and Cuture
