I've been struggling for some time to get ebview on windows XP to display Japanese properly. At the moment the search results display correctly but the actual search input field display squares rather then text. I already have east asian fonts installed and the language for non unicode software set to Japanese. Thanks for any help,

Hmmm I don't have problems using it on a japanese windows xp...

have you tried ebwin? Maybe you won't have the same problems and the program is slightly better and more user friendly.
