四海からシカが多いお菓子を食べてしかし、
たしかに賢く歯科医シカはお菓子少ししか食べません。

It's meant to read like this :
しかい　から　シカが　おおい　おかしを　たべて　しかし、
たしかに　かしこく　しかい　シカは　おかし　すこし　しか　たべません。

And it's supposed to mean:

It's about the deer (シカ) in 奈良 (なら), I hear they like お菓子 (sweets) very much!

I'm not sure about the "dentist deer" part. Grammatically I don't know if the words can be glued like that. 歯科医師 is a dentist, and I saw 歯科医者 too on google, both have a "person" like kanji suffix. In the case of a "dentist deer" I'm not sure if a の is necessary, as in 歯科医のシカ ?

This sentence has "niwa" 7 times in a row:

There's two chickens in the backyard and two chickens in the front yard.

This is my best palindrome:
[kana]sumai de inu ga nuide imasu[/kana]
The dog is undressing at the residence.

This sentence only has one phoneme /o/ repeated seven times:

Anyone care to guess what it means?


PS I just made up my own tongue twister:
[kana]kanako no ko no kono koneko ha kane ga nai ka na[/kana]
I think this kitten belonging to Kanako's kid has no money.

There are a few famous ones, for instance

生麦、生米、生卵
なまむぎ、なまごめ、なまたまご

I find that one quite easy to say but you can have fun trying to say it really quickly many times in a row.

There's another one which is much more difficult and is simply the (real) name of the Tokyo patent office. I can't remember exactly what it was but it was something like

東京特許局...
とうきょうとっきょきょく...

Ask someone Japanese and they'll definitely know it. I can't say it quickly.

Impressive work from Raichu above. I don't know what your o-sentence means and I've never tried to make palindromes in Japanese before. A man, a plan, a canal, panama....

Damn!! That's doing my head in! What is it? Don't ask how I got to this question, but does it have anything to do with sending something?

おう is the object of the sentence. It's therefore a noun. (Hint: Normally it has an honorary suffix.)
おうおう is a verb. You have to work out what inflection it is, and look up the dictionary form for the possible meanings.

A longer one with a single consonant and nine /o/:
[kana]houou wo ouou[/kana]
I have trouble pronouncing it.

Are you sure you haven't made a mistake with the conjugation of the verb? If you want to put the verb 追う into the 'lets' form then it turns into 追おう （おおう) not おうおう.

If what you're trying to say is 王を追おう then it means lets follow the king. If it's something else then I'm afraid I have no idea.

According to edict I made a slight mistake. It should be
おうをおおおう = 王を覆おう = let's hide the king.

I've changed the tongue twister a bit:
