I'm getting a new phone, most likely a g1, and wanted to know if they could display Japanese text. It seems pointless to drop the money on such a nice phone if I can't do reviews on Anki/RTK with it.

What are your experiences with this phone? Does it work well for SRS sites, can you read Japanese with it??

I've pre-ordered a Kogan Agora Pro, so I'll let you know in February (when it's released) if nobody has answered before then.

Not yet. There's a 'port' that doesn't do the SRS'ing.

I use the 'study online' on the site for Anki on my G1, though, and it works well. There's no sound, though.
