I'm copying sentences from How to Tell the Difference Between Japanese Particles but it's very time-consuming. I was wondering if I could subscribe to anybody else's decks, so that my collection of cards grows more quickly?
Otherwise, is there a place I can get pre-made decks from? Thanks!

Have you tried JRTK? I'm using it to supplement my sentences when I get tired of typing them. It has a ton of pre-made sentences and goes in Heisig order. It should be available on the Anki decks list.

Interesting. Is it J-J? I am nowhere near ready for that, I still need J-E cards...

Don't worry about mass production of cards. It might be a big problem later.
I did the same and the main result that SRSsing became booooring. The sentences I added from books fade in quality from the ones I chose on my own.
Quality is the right word. Don't worry about particles and grammar points. They are too few. Concentrate in vocabulary, there are more than 10.000 words you must learn.
For grammar practice, focus on listening. It is fun, you can do it more oftenly and it'll train your speed.
