Business Manga

#1
Can someone recommend any good business manga?

I came across one series about a character named Kousaku Shima.
In the first series, he is a section chief. With each promotion the series
title changes.

He goes from (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kach%C5%8D_...saku_Shima):

*(課長島耕作, Kachō Shima Kōsaku? "Section Chief Kōsaku Shima") 1983-1992
Buchō Kōsaku Shima? "Manager Kōsaku Shima") 1992?2002
Torishimariyaku Kōsaku Shima? "Assistant Director Kōsaku Shima") 2002?2005
Jōmu Kōsaku Shima? "Director Kōsaku Shima") 2005?2006
Senmu Kōsaku Shima? "Executive Director Kōsaku Shima") 2006?2008
Shachō Kōsaku Shima? "President Kōsaku Shima") 2008?present
Young Kōsaku Shima? "Young Kōsaku Shima") 2001?present

Anybody else know of any other business-related manga (or "salaryman manga" as some would call it)?

Anyone read these? What 'level' would you put them at? I'm familiar with the English translations, just a little, from examples in Japanese the Manga Way, and the story seemed very compelling in that timeless slice-of-life sort of way.

I remember I saw some drama with some dude who was a programmer (or statician?) and he works his way up a huge company while he was working there as a janitor. That was a pretty cool drama now that I think about it.

I love seeing nerds overcome all in real life!

That drama is Koi ni Ochitara, one of my favorite dramas.
