I've been reviewing on this site for a while now, and I'd like to transfer my progress over to Anki. So, I went and tried the plugin thing for anki, but I can't seem to get it to work. When I hit the "download" button for the plugin, a screen came up with the the text/code or whatever for the plugin. I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do when it said that I was supposed to save that to the plugins folder, so I copied and pasted it into a notepad document and saved it in the plugins folder (lol, as you can tell, I have no idea what I'm doing...). After that I followed the directions for importing progress: I downloaded the file thingy from this site and "imported it." It said that it was successful in importing the number of cards that I had on this site. I even reset my progress on the cards in my anki deck. BUT, now it's still says that all of the cards are "new" and when I look at kanji statistics it says 0. A big, fat goose egg. So, could you help me?

Oh. My. Gosh. I finally did it. I feel like such an idiot because I couldn't figure it out, lol, but I did...So back off!!!
Just kidding. First, NEVER use Google Chrome to download things. As much as I like Chrome, Firefox is 500 BUJILLION times better at it than Chrome. That's how I successfully downloaded the plugin and the progress from this site. Then, I messed around with the settings on Anki for an hour (okay, people just throw the words "for an hour" around all the time, but I seriously mean it. This was whole, beastly hour. Maybe I just have add...) I got an error message on Anki like the first 499.9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 BUJILLION times I tried to import it saying the deck wasn't the right format, so I messed around for like ever thinking "WTFLIP! This is THE heisig deck that came with Anki! SNAPS!" until I found out that I had a few random extra weird cards without meaning in the deck that probably got generated from my previous failures...
BASICALLY, I know I'm just talking to myself here. But I finally fixed the problem, and I just needed a place to vent since the whole ordeal actually just finished like 5 minutes ago, so...Anyways, just giving myself a well-deserved (in my opinion) pat on the back. Thanks for all your support! I know you were supporting me deep down on the inside. And that's what really counts...
