While I was working on RTK1 I spent all kinds of money buying up various grammar books, etc and now that I'm finished with it I've finally had a chance to sit down and really look at them with at least some comprehension. I tried searching and didn't come across anything but one of the books looks very promising so I thought I'd share and have some of the "pros" take a look at it's contents.
The book is called "20 Essential Grammar Points of Beginner Japanese". In my newb opinion it seems like sort of a "lite" version UBJG mixed with actual work book style pre-test/practice before and after each section and actually includes the answer key in the back (boy does it tick me off when books don't have answer keys). The book is heavy on Japanese and low on English, similar to UBJG.
