Yes, though I hate it when I don't learn new cards.
However, it's not all about (personal) priorities...at least not in terms of "sitting in front of the T.V." I have school, work, and run a Japanese group. Having 4 hours to devote exclusively to kanji practice wouldn't happen in my wildest dreams. 4 hours every day? How do you have that if you are a working person?
That said, the last 2 weeks I haven't done squat, because I have had to get caught up on a lot of stuff that has built up during the last semester. I did review, though, and I didn't do terribly, mostly minor mistakes, which I'm sure will be fine when I review again tomorrow. Then, next week will be extremely busy at work because it's a holiday, so I have to work extra hours.
If I am able work on new kanji one day this weekend and one day next week, I'll be ecstatic! After that, I'll need to do some extra for a while (15-20 per day) to get back on track. Then I can go back to my planned 10 per day and 25 once a week.
I don't think it's neccessarily bad when this happens, especially if you are learning vocabulary and grammar when you are not learning kanji. It's just painful.
