Hi. I just restarted may year old deck. Now Anki is changed much.

So I reviewed 20 cars. Only Anki tell me is that "You can learn new cards at the same time tomorrow" O.o. Before it showed me actual time when next card is ready. Do I need to wait exactly 24 hours when I can start learn new cards :S

Can someone tell me how Anki works now?

"new cards" in anki are cards that you have never seen before. So even if your deck is old, there seem to be some cards that you never saw before. And Anki want to show you some of them tomorrow You can disable showing new cards in Anki settings. I strongly suggest you do this and only go through new cards once you have reviewed your old ones.

Anki now has a feature to limit the number of new cards shown per day. You can change that number from the menu: Edit->Deck Properties->Scheduling->Number of new cards per day. Increase that if you want to do more new cards.
