How long to 1800+ in box 4?

Those that have done it....how long did it take you? Please state how much you had in box 4 when u finished too. Thx! I been done for about 2 weeks and i have 1330 or so..i was at 1200 when i finished.

If you don't fail the cards you added last a single time, they should be in box 4 after 24 days. Other than that, it depends on your failure rate. Summary: If you never answer a single card wrong, you should have all the kanji in Box 4 on the 25th day or so after finishing.

LMAO that aint gonna happen..so we looking at about 2-3 months then maybe....

If you mark some cards as easily remembered, it will also take longer. If that doesn't make you realize it doesn't matter what "box" your cards are in, I don't know what will.

I looked at the "Congratulate Me" thread to get the dates:

Started RevTK - July 15, 2007
Finished RevTK (initial review, 300 in missed stack) - Nov. 27, 2007 (4 1/2 months)
90% cards in Stack 5 and above - Jan 27, 2008 (6 1/2 months)

Everyone will be different. I depended heavily on pre-made stories from a Kanji software I registered. It was truly creating visual stories that help cement the difficult Kanji in my memory. Others move on to Anki. Some quit reviewing once they finish the book (not very smart in my opinion, but you never know).
