Reviews, Kanji > Keyword?

#1
Hi,
I just noticed after doing my first review session that it does not ask you for the keyword from the Kanji. Is this a dissadvantage or does learning them the other way also somehow inpeded the learning process.
Thanks.

I find that if I can get the english keyword from seeing the kanji after standard review, I can remember the kanji almost instantly the next time the keyword appears.

I don't review kanji to keyword though. I wouldn't see the point. And I think it encourages translation. Translation is something you generally want to avoid when studying language.

I was one page turn away from this...if only I had waited a little longer to appease my insatiable curiosity.

Thanks for all the links though, I should have really searched before hand.
