Is there anywhere I can type in a On or kun reading, and get the Heisig keyword / frame number?

For example, I know the meaning of しゅくだい (shyukudai: homework) but often forget how to write the Kanji. I find Heisig's methods and user generate stories helpful for learning, but it is inefficient to try and guess his keyword so i can look it up in the forum and find a story to help me remember it.

Does this make sense? just wasted an hour trying to find this on my own. Thanks.

I don't know if there's a database or not, but in that specific example you could just search for しゅくだい in a dictionary and get both kanji immediately. Or, well, even just type it in your IME. And the study section of this website allows you to input any kanji into the 'browse' bar for it's frame number and stories. Finally, while not terribly efficient, the detailed list of kanji on this website can also be organized by onyomi in alphabetical order.

I am not looking for a quick way to simply look-up kanji. I want to know if there is a way to enter in a reading and get the Heisig frame / keyword. Almost a "reverse heisig look-up" if you will.

I tried the browse bar, but it didn't work. I entered in a しゅくだい, but it said it couldn't find anything.

I meant that you can look up kanji through the browse bar, not readings. So if you used a dictionary (or just the IME) to convert しゅくだい into 宿題, you can then search for each of the individual kanji in the browse bar. It's a two-step process, but the end result is a reading-to-frame number result.
