Doesn't display pitch accent for me at all. Latest Firefox, Windows 7.

1) I will add a written explanation with examples very soon.
2) Export would be very difficult to implement. I used css styles in order to display the text properly. They allow you to do a lot of nice formatting. When it comes to other text editors, they don't really have such options.

I have 2 dictionaries with a detailed description of how pitch accent changes in conjugated forms. This is definitely on my "to do" list.

That's strange. I also have Windows 7 and I tested the converter in the latest version of Firefox. Did you try the same text in other browsers? What do you see in Firefox?

Never mind, didn't notice the furigana was raised to indicate pitch. Also, Anki supports CSS, so exporting shouldn't cause problems there.
