The kanji so far that I have never gotten correct when testing it... its on about 5 fails.

I had no problem with this kanji, maybe my story can help you:

The higher part is "tall"
The lower part is "werewolf".

Now try to imagine a figure really overpowering. After hearing tall and werewolf the only image that apears in my head is a monstruosly tall werewolf.

I think of a she-boar somewhere in the vicinity of 30 meters tall charging down the road towards some unfortunate (probably me). I get the crown by imagining the she-boar to be some kind of royalty, assuming gigantic boars have that kind of social structure.

I just used/adapted someone's story into a mental image of the tall overpowering miss piggy with kermit in a headlock.

I used someone's story about overpowering just being pavilion with a pig instead of a nail. So from there you can picture a pavilion at a world's fair, or even at EPCOT if you've been there. Perhaps it's the Danish Pavilion like in the story I used. Anyway, they're trying to advertise their great bacon by bringing in a bunch of pigs. The scent is so overpowering that everyone stays far away. It worked fairly well for me.

When I have a particularly hard story, I forget about the primitives and first of all see what the first thing it makes me think of is. With this kanji I thought of overpowering as in an overpowering smell and built my story around that.

A TALL CROWNED PIG that overpowers everyone else. It can be a pig that likes power or just a cartoon character of power.

The pig was cooked in a very tall top hat, and seasoned with a crown, but the subtle pork flavors were overpowered by the leathery hat and metallic crown.

Ok, so I dunno if you ever watched Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, or played the video games- One of shredder and Krangs henchmen is a giant, TALL mutated PIG guy. (I dont know what he actually was, I guess he looked like a pig) I just imagine that he has a CROWN on as you are fighting him - but hes a really tough boss-always OVERPOWERING you as you slowly whittle down your remaining turtles. First he takes out Leonardo, then donatello, then michaelangelo, then finally... even Raphael is OVERPOWERED by this TALL CROWN wearing PIG-boss.

It is a 家house with a 高tall chimney for fireplaces where the smoke is too overpowering due to green wood maybe.

I used werewolf instead of pig, so overpowering was very easy for me!

Tall crowned sow. Miss Piggy with a crown on enters a barn and overpowers all the other animals. Picture her really getting down and dirty. Watch as they scream in agony!!!

Most of my stories are way too specific to really work for anyone else. For this one I had the tall King Hulk coming back from Planet Hulk and then overpowering Iron man to pay him back for what he had sown.

Just picture an absurdely tall sow with a huge crown, and picture it standing on your back overpowering you. REALLY picture it, it's a really easy image to put into your head.

I've occasionally gotten tall crowned sow mixed up with the not-so-tall crowned sow. I found a solution, but it really wouldn't help anyone else since it's based on an in-joke.
