About the Anki app in the cellphone is there a way to transfer the data to another device?
I am about to change my phone and, while I have no doubt that I can keep the decks, I am not so sure about my progress throughout it.
Will I have to start all over again from zero?

Is your phone synced with the anki website?  If so, simply link your new phone to ankiweb and it will download everything to your new phone.
