Probably because those were pirated from the English version of digital Jump. As you might know, anti-piracy laws are strict in Japan so I doubt anyone there would pirate the Japanese version. Either wait for the volume to be published or buy the (quite cheap btw) digital J-version of Jump here:

Thanks Eratik! I had no idea about there being a digital version at all, I noticed an ad at the bottom of the page about their app for ios so I'll see if I can purchase it in Japanese using a foreign iTunes card

Let me say, that I liked the anime much, but I've never seen such a negative anime in my life. I mean it almost exclusively builds on negative emotions, negative turn of events....Never seen anything like it.

Come to think of it, you're actually right, it started out sad and it just got sadder. Maybe it's also because of the author doing everything on its own and constantly getting injured. Anyway it's a great series, I'm looking forward to seeing how it will end, if it ever does that is
