All My Stories Print review

Hi All,
Great Great Site...
I want to read the PDF output of my stories on the train
but when i do
"The page should be printer friendly, just try "Print Preview" in your browser."

i only can get 2-3 pages .

any suggestions to get all pages?

PS: I`ve tried the python scripts in other discussions but didn`t work
