I've been finding the "Test" feature on the "Progress Chart" page (at http://kanji.koohii.com/progress) extremely useful. I find that if I review the kanji three or four times in the the 48 hours after learning them, I remember them much better. The problem is that the "Test" includes all the kanji in the chapter, regardless of whether those kanji have been added. This means that to be able to use the "Test" feature, I have to have completed the entire chapter. Many of the chapters are difficult to complete in one go, and I would prefer to be able to work 5-10 characters per day rather than 60-90 every week or two. Is there any way the "Test" feature could be modified to include only the kanji in the selected chapter that the user has added to his/her list through the "Manage" page?

Hi mercury,
Honestly I receive more confused emails about the Test links than otherwise. People often expect it to be the same as what the Spaced Repetition reviews do. So they start "test" for lesson 1 and are surprised nothing is happening.
In retrospect I should probably remove them and, if needed, add more options to the Custom Review page.
What you can do is use the Custom Review page, enter the start / end frame numbers in "Review a range of kanji".

Yes, it occurred to me after posting that it's possible to use the Custom Review page, but that's not as convenient as the "Test" button, since it requires having to look up the first and last kanji of each chapter. Moreover, it does not work for every situation. For example, I'm using the old edition of RTK, and learning the supplement kanjis as I go along. There is currently no way to test myself on the 10 supplement kanji, nor on the 60 out of the 965 RTK kanji, that I've learned so far. (The "Review from known kanji" of "Custom Review" includes those kanji, but it's not very efficient.) I can't imagine that I'm the only one with this problem.
I've been using the Test option very productively. Removing it just because some people don't understand what it's for doesn't seem to me to be a good idea. Changing it so that it includes only the kanjis that are in the user's list, or at least adding a second button, titled something like "Test known kanji" to accomplish this, would be a relatively simple change and solve this problem.
