If it's just a calcium supplement, then its safe, but a waste of money, since you can buy calcium supplements pretty much anywhere.
No, it won't be effective, that's not how growth works... Has about as much likelihood of increasing height as those penis pills have of giving 6 more inches...

Just remember the golden rule: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
This is especially true with medications and supplements, most things you see advertised on the Internet (and even some on TV) are scams or 'technically not scams but basically scams'.

Always do your research before buying anything you've never purchased before.

Supplements aren't necessarily safe, either. I have no idea about Japan, but in many places, the supplement industry lacks regulation and quality control to the point where many products do not contain what they are advertised to contain, or are "contaminated" with substances not on the label.

Generally speaking, nutritional supplements are only medically indicated if you have a diagnosed deficiency and it is recommended by your doctor.
