I'd look around for an invite to CHDbits.org. There you will find an endless supply of tv shows, movies and other videos in Mandarin with Mandarin subs.
If I had an invite to give I would, but unfortunately I do not.

I have been looking for Japanese subbed movies, which are indeed just as insane to find, but I found a website that does not need an invitation, and you can find loads of movies with Japanese or mandarin subs. Problem is that they are mostly bitmap subs, so subs2srs gets a bit more difficult. Don't know about drama though - I have an aversion to drama, but you might be lucky. A quick search for movies indicates that some have indeed mandarin subs with mandarin spoken language.
And the files are usually really large, as they only do straight DVD ISO's and VOBS, no encodes. So expect a minimum of 3 gigabytes for a regular movie. And ratio rules. But pretty flexible though.
I don't know if we can link to these shady sites here, so I'll friendly cooperate to remove the following link if necessary: http://asiandvdclub.org/
Cheers

Edit: oh yeah, just took a look, loads of TV shows with Chinese subs. loads. Got to remember that one for when I'll do mandarin, lol.

I've been trying to find a program that displays two subs at once. I'm already using KMPlayer which lets you have two subs, but not on top of each other. One has to go on top of the screen, the latter on the bottom which is a huge inconvenience and useless for all practical purposes.
Edit:Thanks for that site. I’m downloading hundreds of gigs worth of ’free downloads’ ahhahah!

doesn't the most common provider in Belgium(forgot the name atm? thought belgacom?) have an unlimited/fair use policy package(for few months now I think?). only on the msot expensive package though. notting compared to the dutch providers. But hey its something! few small companies also have unlimited i though. But have a limited range of operation.
