Heres the idea:

We create an Anki deck that has the Lyrics to popular Chinese Pop songs + Audio MP3 of the song.

I think this would be a great additional way to study Chinese.

Why don't you just do it? Maybe only for one or two songs as a start. Then people can tell you, if they like it or not and you will see if it works or not. I don't think listening to pop songs is an effective way to learn languages. That does not change if you combine it with an SRS approach.

Why do you need to SRS it? Why not just listen to the songs and read the lyrics?
