I just found a new Chinese website that I've been studying from:

http://www.slow-chinese.com

It has 25 lessons so far with good text read at a nice slow speed.
I think it's really great and have put the text and audio into Anki to study.

The program I teach in has the belief that slowed down speech is bad, and that the key to developing listening comprehension is to build up from basic, short utterances (spoken at natural speed) and listen to them several times.
