Not sure how useful it is yet but I was just doing a search for a simplification of a kanji (买 from another thread) and *boom* there it was.

It looks like it's contributed to communally, so I suppose it merits the same warning as Wikipedia.
Being that I can't read Chinese at all and only know enough Japanese to navigate the site, I'm not too sure of its usefulness but here it is for the adventurous types. There's a neat feature to look up hanzi by radical and it lists the Pinyin reading with the Japanese meaning.
There's also a pretty interesting blog there on the main site along with some software (yay Unicode text editor thing!)
