Salu just posted about a new album by Kyn (from SD): https://instagram.com/p/8gCV8RRsi-/ saying it's on iTunes. I'm not able to find it on iTunes store and I'm in the US. I tried VPN through Japan, still no luck. Can anyone else find it, or are we not allowed to have it over here?

I don't really use the iTunes store but I believe you you need to change your store region to Japan.
They keep changing iTunes for the specific purpose of making it more confusing (joke): but it used to be that at the bottom of the store page there will be a circle with an American flag in it. Click this and you get a lot of flags to choose from. Click the Hinomaru and you will fall into a deep sleep and awaken in the Japanese iTunes store.
Actually the sleep part might not happen. But I just checked the iTunes store and there at the very bottom right of the main store page is still a little Hinomaru, so yours should still have a little Star Spangled Banner. So unless the Windows version is violently different, you should be good to go.

CureDolly, I'm not deserving of your notice, let alone your coherent and thorough explanation. Thank you! I see it!!!

You are so sweet and I am glad to help. Like much in iTunes, it isn't at all obvious!
