Is there a list of all the most common hiragana words, like chanto, choppiri, hotondo etc..? Comprised words which have kanji but are often written in hiragana (es.: choudo)?

If you just download the core deck and then sort alphabetically I think it will group all the hiragana words together. That might work.

There are two vocabulary columns, Vocab and Kanjified Vocab; you want the first one.
