Copyright issue with eBooks from Japanese Amazon - please help

BTW, hard to notice from the US, but this is the same reason Netflix, Hulu, etc. are EXTREMELY anemic in many (most?) countries, offering a tiiiiiny fraction of the movies and TV offered in the US: local distributors already hold the local rights for most movies and TV shows.

Alright, I'll ask again and more directly. You've given me pointers on how to get past the restrictions on Amazon.jp. However, I don't have a working card at the moment, and Amazon doesn't accept PayPal.
So my question is:
Would anyone who is currently capable of buying kindle ebooks from Amazon.jp, buy me this book
http://www.amazon.co.jp/%E6%B6%BC%E5%AE%...180&sr=8-2
for ¥450? (they hiked up the price)
I'll pay you by PayPal, before you make the purchase if that is your wish.
I need someone who knows how to download the file to their PC and send it to me. I assure I will not publish the file anywhere, and it will only ever leave my computer as plaintext stripped of all possibly incriminating metadata.

The series in question is the Suzumiya Haruhi series. [...]
Is there some reason you cannot wait just 5-7 days to try the other options? (before asking someone to violate the terms of their agreement with amazon based on the assurances of a stranger on the internet?) =)
I'm afraid I don't understand the urgency to read a particular novel.

[unrelated edit: why am I now redirected to another page when I login and logout?]

^agreed. You can simply do the ordering yourself when you get your replacement card. I found a step by step guide that should be helpful. I never did this myself but the from reading the comments section there has been some success with this guide.

You should take a browse through the manga section. A lot of the first issues are free, and should keep you occupied for now.

Edit: That's assuming you've managed to sign up at all. If not, it's something to look forward to. They tend to be for a limited time only, but I've read a lot of free ones on there.
