I've recently found these books on google preview and these are by far the best study materials I've seen. There are four books in the series for grammar and vocab but unfortunately they are all out of print.

Does anyone have a digital version？ or if you have it in print, could you make one?

But seriously if you have one for sale that would be awesome!

Does anyone know what happened to these links? They gave a really comprehensive overview of all the grammar points covered by various textbooks. I had them bookmarked and went to check them recently and now they aren't working.
