So, at the konbini today, I decided to by some canned sake, and upon arriving home I decided to look up this brand(日本盛 if you're interested). Arriving, at their web site, I saw the word 日本酒度. Obviously, I went, what the ***** is this? So after doing an internet search, I ran across this website, which explains exactly what 日本酒度. If'n you're interested in sake it's pretty useful; I didn't find the language particularly difficult either.

辛口 all the way!

Also go go gadget nostalgia. I used to live right down the street from the main factory for 日本盛.

I am also partial to the 辛口; I ended up getting the the 生原酒大吟醸 can, and was surprised at how good it actually was.
