Help for deciphering a cursive signature on a painting

#1
Hi,

I know a guy who found a painting the other day and he would like to know what the signature means. Of course I have zero practice reading cursive, so if anyone could provide a little help that would be greatly appreciated. Here's the image:

Thanks very much in advance.

I'm sitting in a Japanese junior high school staffroom, and the best that the kokugo teacher and I could come up with - with little confidence - was:

己己初喜

己己 - means something like 'everyone' or 'you (PL)'

初喜 - begin happiness?

lol

The red stamp says 山東 (sandou)
