Is there a list out there of kanji compounds with dual readings? E.g.:

真面目: can be "mazime" (adjective) or "simmemmoku" (noun). (I came across this one in my reading yesterday).

Probably no list, there are too many.

Some even have three:
上手（うわて）
上手（じょうず）
上手い（うまい）

Random ones I could think of off the top of my head, with some help from various kokugo dics:
雨水 (あまみず、うすい)
今日(きょう、こんにち、こんち、こんじつ)
明日(あした、あす、みょうにち)
昨日(きのう、さくじつ、きそ)
明後日(あさって、あさて、みょうごにち)
一昨日(おととい、おとつい、いっさくじつ)

I wonder why it's so common in date-related words...

There's 人気　（にんき、ひとけ） and 梅雨　（つゆ、ばいう）, also compounds ending with 側 tend to have two readings.

紅葉：こうよう、もみじ　← probably first word like this i learned
一時：いちじ、ひととき、いっとき
一端：いったん、いっぱし
大家：おおや、たいか
心中：しんちゅう、しんじゅう
生物：せいぶつ、なまもの

二重：ふたえ、にじゅう
市場：しじょう、いちば
風車：ふうしゃ、かざぐるま
神風：かみかぜ、しんぷう

i doubt there's an official list unless 文化庁 has made one. your best bet is probably searching google in japanese. 熟語　複数の読み方 or something

oh and names! i don't know if you wanna count them because you can technically give any reading you want to kanji for names, but even just looking at the 'reasonable' readings, lots of names will have more than one.

Self contained example (although just a slight difference): 十重二十重　（とえはたえ）

水面 = すいめん・みなも
大勢 = おおぜい・たいぜい・たいせい (the latter with a different meaning ffs)
女神 = めがみ・じょしん
女将 = おかみ・じょしょう
谷間 = たにま・たにあい
