There's this Japanese singer from the 80s that I saw on a show on TV Japan months ago and I'm trying to remember his name. He's bald, wore sunglasses and a suit, and sang fairly intensely or expressively. If this guy is familiar to anyone, I'd love to know his name.

It's hard for me to say who it is, tbh. I don't think it was either of those two after I did some searches on them.

The show he was on was called Music Station and it showed a bit of the singer from an earlier show in the 80s. All I really remember was that he was bald, wore a suit and sunglasses, and every guest had the camera panned on them, and they all mimicked how he was bald by pushing their hair back from their forehead while lip-syncing to his song.
